Large round head, very white, compact and protected by strong, broad leaves, slightly pointed and greyish in colour. Erect plant with good coverage. Its rustic characteristic allow it to be grown in many different places. SOWING: seedbed in August for harvesting in March.

Transplant seedlings about one month after sowing, when plants are about 20 cm tall, at a distance of 70 cm with 60 cm between rows.
